e-Fusion RTU (Ready-to-Use) is a professional mold resistant coating. This coating was made to prevent mold and mildew growth on wooden surfaces. To use e-Fusion, no mixing or stirring is required, and after application, E-Fusion will dry quickly. e-Fusion is designed to be non-corrosive.

e-Fusion comes as a concentrate that can be diluted up to 1:100 with water and is fast-drying.

How to Use e-Fusion:

-Surfaces must be free of sawdust, dirt, oil, grease, paints or anything that would prevent direct application of e-Fusion. We recommend using GreenOx Renew for maximum surface penetration and cleaning.

For New Home Construction:

For builders treating houses under construction, the best time to apply e-Fusion is just after the dried-in stage and before installation of windows, doors and mechanics.

Electro-Static Spray Method

-Dilute 1 part e-Fusion with 4 parts water

-After the surface is clean, brush or spray E-Fusion RTU on the surface. Apply only to the point of run-off

-Low pressure equipment (max of 165 PSI) is recommended for spray applications. A moderately fine spray, not an aerosol or fog, provides the best coverage

Pallet Spray Method:

-For power spray systems, dilute e-Fusion 1:25 with water

-Spray e-Fusion on the surface only to the point of run-off

Dip Method:

-For dip tank or power spray systems, dilute e-Fusion 1:50 with water. Use a tank that will fit the size of the wood you are treating

-Stack the wood to be treated on a suitable harness or platform and convey the stack into the treating solution. Mke sure the stack is completely immersed.

-Dip times range from 30 seconds (individual pieces) to up to 30 minutes (bundled wooden articles)
